The Heidelberg Herkules Elite internal drum imagesetter produces film up to 558 x 750mm, at resolutions up to 5,080 dpi. Film is punched ready for plate making, saving time whilst guaranteeing accuracy - a single film from a set can be re-run at a later date and still fit perfectly. The on-line processor automates production, while film and tint density tests are run daily to check and control dot gain.

Heidelberg Delta Technology - jobs can be ripped once and output to various proof printers before film is run by the Herkules. Full size proofs can be printed from the separations
